We know that in order to achieve customer satisfaction, the service provided before making the sale is as important as the service provided later. Any questions, complaints or queries you may have about your equipment after the acquisition, we will be ready to help you and advise you, either through email or by phone.

All our units are sold ready-to-use and come with 6 months warranty. In the case you face a technical problem during that period, we will offer repair service to the equipment. We can coordinate the return of the item to our warehouse to check it, give a diagnosis and repair it.

It is possible to extend the period of warranty if you require.

To avoid delays in your work, during the time in which your endoscope is being repaired, you can rent another unit as a replacement. You simply need to communicate with us to see which compatible models are available in that moment. We will take care of the rest!
